Before the official departure, drivers from different VTCs arrived at the assembly point Leipzig Slot one after another. Our VTC management and marshals organized pre-convoy preparations. Staff guided all participants to park neatly, sorted out the driving formation, and delivered a detailed safety briefing. We emphasized the core convoy rules: keep stable and safe following distance, avoid random overtaking and emergency braking, maintain communication in voice channels at all times, and follow the commands of marshals, to guarantee the entire large convoy travels safely and orderly.
Once all checks and briefings were finished, the huge fleet officially departed from Leipzig. The long truck formation moved steadily forward on the European highways. Along the 1012-kilometer route, the convoy passed through bustling cities, quiet villages and rolling countryside landscapes. Every driver strictly kept the formation, reminded teammates of road conditions and potential hazards, and enjoyed the unique joy of group trucking. This journey also deepened friendship and communication between different VTCs, uniting players with the same passion for truck simulation.
After hours of coordinated driving, the whole convoy safely reached the final destination Reims (Steinbruch). All vehicles parked and gathered at the destination parking lot. Group photos were taken to record this wonderful moment, marking a perfect end for our partner marking convoy.!
